Artworks ship from Melbourne, Australia.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING:

Stretched canvas paintings will be despatched within 2-3 weeks.
Unstretched canvas paintings will be despatched within 1-2 weeks.
Original artworks on paper will be despatched within 1-2 weeks.
Prints will be despatched within 2-3 weeks. 

Stretched canvas paintings are wrapped in glassine paper, wrapped in bubble wrap, wrapped in cardboard and then wrapped in another layer of bubblewrap.
Unstretched canvas paintings are rolled safely and shipped in a sturdy tube. You can then get them stretched professionally at your local framer/stretcher.
Original artworks on paper are shipped flat, wrapped in glassine paper or an acid-free plastic sleeve between Foamcore board, wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard then more bubble wrap for extra protection and to make the parcel waterproof.
Prints are are rolled safely and shipped in a sturdy tube. You can then get them stretched professionally at your local framer/stretcher.

We can insure all shipments before they are sent. Please contact orders@lucy.com.au to arrange insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure timely collection from a depot to avoid unnecessary damage in freight holding docks.

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labour, and storage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email. Please email orders@lucy.com.au with questions or to get an estimate.

The purchaser is responsible for all boarder fees, duties, taxes and handling fees that may be charged by other countries.

Please contact orders@lucy.com.au if you are waiting on an order. We do everything we can to make sure your items are delivered as fast as possible, occasionally short delays can occur.

Lucy Farmer reserves the right to update these terms at anytime as is necessary.

Refund and Returns Policy

All original artworks are made by hand and as such may have minor imperfections, which is part of what makes each artwork unique. Please take the time to read the descriptions carefully and check the colours on multiple screens if you are concerned about colour variations.

If your artwork is deemed to be damaged upon arrival it may qualify for a replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in it’s original packaging. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package if you have any queries and we will try our best to resolve them.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and with as much clarity and transparency as possible. As such we cannot take responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Please choose carefully as all sales are final. Commissions cannot be refunded or exchanged. Replacement of any damaged items will be at the sole discretion of Lucy Farmer.

Most orders will arrive in 1-2 weeks (unless stated differently on the product page). If your order needs to be shipped from Australia because there is low stock available in the USA, ‘Rest Of World’ shipping times apply. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

REST OF WORLD

Please allow 1-3 weeks (unless stated differently on the product page). But can take upto 4 weeks if customs inspects the delivery. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note: Deliveries are only investigated after the expected delivery period has expired. We do everything we can to make sure your items are delivered as fast as possible, occasionaly short delays can occur if we have just released a new limited edition work and have a high volume of orders at the same time. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

To preserve edition numbers and limited edition qantities, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

DUTIES AND TAXES

If there are any, the purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes. The majority of our shipments do not incur fee’s.

DAMAGED GOODS

Products deemed to be damaged upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of recieving the product, and the item must be returned within 14 days of reciept in it’s original packaging. Please be aware any items listed “made by hand and unique, may have minor imperfections, and these are an intended part of the process”. Replacement of any damaged items, especially items listed with “minor imperfections” will be at the sole discretion of Nick Thomm Pty Ltd. If the “minor imperfections” are consistent with the majority of products sold, a replacement will not be accepted. The artwork sold on nickthomm.com is part of tactile process therefor buyers accept that “minor imperfections” are part of the creation process.
